1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing from MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and applicable Indian laws.

2. Company Details MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD Plot No. 663, Street No. 20, New Karhera Colony, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad - 201007, UP, India GST & regulatory compliant entity under Indian law.

3. Products

  • All electric vehicles and accessories are sold subject to availability
  • Product specifications may change without prior notice
  • Images are for representation only; actual product may vary slightly

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
  • Road tax, registration charges, and insurance are buyer's responsibility
  • The Company reserves the right to change prices without notice

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge
  • After 24 hours, cancellation charges of up to 10% may apply
  • Orders in transit cannot be cancelled

6. Liability Limitation

  • Company liability is limited to the purchase price of the product only
  • Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Company is not responsible for delays due to government regulations, RTO processes, or force majeure events

7. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and trademarks on this website belong to MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD and may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
