SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD — Brand Owner & Importer of Electric Scooters Effective Date: 30 July 2026

1. About Us — Brand Declaration MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD is the registered brand owner, importer, and authorised seller of electric scooters and EV accessories sold under the MVB Motors / Yugvigyana brand in India. Our vehicles are sourced from certified manufacturing partners, quality-checked, branded, and supplied directly to customers and dealers across India. All vehicles comply with CMVR, AIS-156 (Battery Safety), and MoRTH type approval requirements applicable to imported/white-label EVs in India.

2. Applicability This policy applies to:

• Direct retail sales to end customers (B2C)
• Dealer & distributor supply (B2B)
• Fleet and institutional orders

3. Pre-Dispatch Process Before every shipment, MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD ensures:

• Quality Inspection at our Ghaziabad facility
• Brand labelling & documentation as per Indian standards
• PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) completion
• Dispatch with: Form 21, Form 22, Brand Invoice, Warranty Card, Owner's Manual, Battery Certificate

4. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Lead times may vary based on import clearance, customs, and stock availability.

6. Shipping Charges

• Retail: Freight charges applicable based on delivery location — shown at checkout
• Dealer/B2B: As per dealership/distribution agreement
• Fleet orders: Freight negotiated separately — contact mvbmobility@gmail.com

7. Risk & Title Transfer

• Retail: Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery and signing of delivery receipt
• B2B/Dealer: Risk transfers Ex-Warehouse Ghaziabad. Dealers are responsible for transit insurance on bulk orders
• Transit insurance is strongly recommended for all purchases

8. Customs & Import Compliance

• All vehicles imported by MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD are cleared through Indian customs with applicable duties paid
• Buyers are not liable for any import duties — all customs costs are absorbed by the Company
• Vehicles carry valid BIS/MoRTH type approval as required for imported EVs in India

9. Pre-Delivery Inspection at Delivery Buyer must verify before signing:

• Body panels — no dents, scratches, or transit damage
• Battery pack — securely fitted, no leakage or swelling
• Tyres — properly inflated
• All electricals — lights, horn, display, charging port functional
• Documents — Form 21, Form 22, Invoice present and correct

Do NOT sign if damage is found. Note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

10. Transit Damage Claims

• Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video

11. RTO Registration Documents Provided As brand owner and importer, MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD provides:

• Form 21 — Sale Certificate
• Form 22 — Roadworthiness Certificate (issued as brand owner)
• Type Approval / Homologation Certificate
• AIS-156 Battery Safety Compliance Certificate
• Brand Invoice for RTO registration

RTO registration, road tax, and insurance are the buyer's sole responsibility.

12. Warranty Warranty is provided by MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD as brand owner and is independent of the original manufacturing source. Warranty terms are as per the warranty card supplied with the vehicle.
