Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD Effective Date: 30 July 2026

1. General This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws. All purchases of electric vehicles, scooters, and accessories from MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT LTD are subject to this policy.

2. Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only, subject to the conditions below.

3. Eligible Returns

  • Manufacturing defects verified by our authorised service centre
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)

4. Non-Eligible Returns

  • Battery capacity degradation (normal EV usage — not a defect)
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear of tyres, brakes, and consumables
  • Products without original packaging, invoice, and accessories
  • Products registered with RTO cannot be returned

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds processed within 15 working days
  • Refund via original payment method only
  • GST, registration charges, and road tax are non-refundable
  • Delivery/logistics charges are non-refundable

6. Warranty Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects as per the product warranty card. Battery warranty subject to separate terms.

7. Jurisdiction All disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
